CONVENTION & FANMEETS

Yes, tickets will be available on the tickets page . VISA, MasterCard and Visa Debit are accepted.

No, all of our tickets are completed online and e-tickets will be sent to the registered email. Credit cards may be used to purchase on Eventbee.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you experience ticketing issues, please email info@kpopcanada.com to resolve it.

Our processor generally handles all Visa MasterCard and Visa Debit cards.  Regular debit cards won’t work.

They will vary depending on the artist.

Once you have registered and received your wristband, you are welcome to come and go as you like. Please remember to hold onto your printed ticket or have the ticket downloaded on your phone. It will be checked again when entering the theatre.

VIP Membership cardholders have access to presale and generally can pick their seats before the general public.

Seperate fanmeetings is more of our vision of a Kpop Convention.

Your chances of sitting together will be better if one person purchases the tickets for the whole group. You may purchase up to four tickets (VIP Membership and Non-Membership) during presales.

Please note that due to the layout of the venue all tiers will be available in BOTH the balcony with reserved seats OR on the main floor standing area with sectioned areas for the different ticket types. The balcony is directly in front of the stage above the main floor and extremely close to the action!

Fan engagements are provided by the entertainment companies. It can range from photo op, hi touch, meet & greet, fan sign, Q&A, or pre-signed posters/items.

Convention day pass is included with Sunday  A.C.E show tickets. There is access to our Exhibitor’s Hall, Panels, Games and dance workshops with 2KSQUAD.

General Volunteer call has ended, make sure to sign up next year!

The convention will have a plethora of vendors, panels, dance workshops, games, and guests.

Yes, you can purchase a day pas, the schedule is listed on the ‘about‘ page displaying all activities during the day.

Tickets for A.C.E come with a Sunday convention day pass (value $50).

 

It’s a concert and a fanmeet, lots of songs and interaction.  

The fan perk included with the seat is displayed when you are choosing your ticket.

Please no giving of gifts during hi-touch or photo-sessions, or tossing things up on stage during the show.

Small unwrapped gifts are ok, please give them to the the staff at the PGTW booth at the entrance before the show.

  • No food or drink in the theatre. 
  • You can enter and exit the theatre with proper wristband. No entry/exit will be allowed during the fan events (hi-touch/photo-op)
  • Don’t line-up hours before the show, come register early, get your wristband, and come back 15 minutes before your entry time. 
  • No banners unless approved by the agencies.. Approved banners will be distributed at the PGTW/ARTIST booth at registration 2 hours before each show.  
  • No DSLRs, cameras or tablets or go pros or neck-cams or handycams or point and shoots or any recording devices are allowed in the theatre. If you are caught with the above devices in the theatre, they will be confiscated and you will have to pick it up after the show.

 

Hi-Touch + Photo-Op:

  • NO Photos or videos. The official photographers will take the pictures of the photo-op and we will post it on our social media after they are uploaded.  
  • NO giving gifts or letters, make sure to do that at the PGTW/ARTISTS booth before the show starts (not after).   
  • Respect the artists and on-site staff to keep the interaction safe and fair.  

 

A.C.E Montreal (Sunday June 30, 2019)

  • Please follow signage  to line up for the type of ticket you purchased. For example, if you bought V.I.P tickets please follow signage for the V.I.P registration line.
  • Registration for wristbands will start at 11:00 AM until doors open for the show.  General Admission ticket holders will receive a numbered wristband to hold their place in line and will be lined up in order of wristband number starting at 19:00 PM to be admitted to the show.
  • Once you have obtained your wristband, you are free to explore Montreal at your leisure until the doors open for the show. No need to wait in line for the show
  • Group Photos and Hi-Touch events will happen after the show

PLEASE NOTE: This is a FUN event! Please be respectful of one another, and if you are approached by staff please follow their instructions. We want everyone to have as much fun as possible!

TRANSPORTATION & ACCOMMODATION

We do not endorse any specific hotels, but we heard the campus residences still have space and are good!

The Rialto is close to  many hotels in the downtown Montreal area.

You can purchase bus tickets from Greyhound or Megabus.  If you are travelling by train use VIA Rail.
